Our chocolate wedding cakes are increasing in popularity every year, and provide
an alternative to a more traditional cake design.
Usually based on our chocolate fudge cake recipe,
chocolate wedding cakes covered in white, milk or dark chocolate sugarpaste, or a white, milk or dark chocolate pouring sauce.
This pouring sauce can be given a smooth or rough finish.
Cakes can then be decorated with
chocolate curls, truffles, chocolate ruffles, chocolate roses or fresh flowers. Another
option is to add fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or cherries
to the cake.
You could also incorporate your favourite chocolates into your wedding cake design!
Chocolate wedding cakes are ideal for thoses with a sweet tooth, and have the added benefit that they can be served as a dessert at your
wedding breakfast.
