At Don't Forget the Cake! we specialise in wedding cakes with handmade sugar flowers, whether they are traditional or perhaps more contemporary in style.

Our traditional wedding cakes are separated by pillars and contain arrangements of our sugar flowers on each of the tiers.

More contemporary wedding cakes are stacked in style with arrangements of handmade sugar flowers on top, around the sides, or perhaps cascading down the front of the cake. We can also incorporate hearts, stars, feathers, diamantes and ribbons into the floral arrangements for a more modern feel.

Our hand-made sugar flowers can be created to reflect the colour, flowers and design of your bridal bouquet. Roses,lilies and orchids are our specialities, but we can also create almost all other flowers, leaves, grasses and berries from sugarpaste. In addition, these hand-crafted flowers will also keep forever as a reminder of your big day.
