Throughout January and February we are hosting a number of "Cake Tasting Days". These will take place on Saturdays and will give brides and grooms-to-be the opportunity to taste our five flavours of wedding cake. All samples are complimentary and are available without appointment on the following days:

October 2006

The wedding cake of Julie and John Cullane, created by Don't Forget the Cake! was featured in the Real Life Weddings section of WEDDING IDEAS magazine (Issue 36). It was a three tier stacked cake with one of each fruit, chocolate and carrot layers decorated with white sugarpaste, crystal beading and fresh flowers.

January 2006

In December 2005, Don't Forget the Cake had the pleasure of creating the wedding cake for Coronation Street's Jane Danson and her fiance Robert Beck at the Gibbon Bridge Hotel in the Forest of Bowland. The caricature cake featured a customised bride and groom surrounded by characters from a TV set, and was designed by the couple. It was made up of chocolate, lemon and carrot layers.

The cake was also featured in OK Magazine on 10th January 2006.
